PreSales and Sales - Determine your needs and plan your FirstClass installation with our assistance. We can discuss the various options available and determine the ones that best suit your needs. When you are ready to purchase, we will handle all of the details for you.

Installation and Customization - Do you need assistance in the initial setup and customization of your FirstClass installation. We can provide tools to bring your users in from other mail systems, set up groups to control access to features and conference areas, provide a custom interface featuring your company or organization by name and other features that we can discuss with you as to your exact needs. This is particularly important for sites that need to changeover quickly from another system to FirstClass.

Maintenance & Support and Renewals - All FirstClass Installations include Maintenance & Support for an initial one-year term. Maintenance means unlimited calls by the FirstClass Administrator to the FirstClass Tech Support group by 800 number telephone, email or fax. Support means new versions of software and any service packs are provided during the term of your coverage. At the end of the agreement, you will be offered an extension of your agreement. Maintenance of an M & S agreement is the normal method to keep your FirstClass system up to date as you may find it more expensive to rejoin the support program after a lapse.

When you receive a renewal notice you may place the renewal order through your preferred Reseller or directly with FirstClass.

When your renew through Acorn MicroSolutions we will receive a portion of the renewal fee. This allows us to continue to provide support to you.

Acorn MicroSolutions is available to assist with the renewal process and can determine if any adjustments in the renewal quotes will apply to you, such as use of Regular User licenses by Students, whether any discounts or special offers may apply, and whether your total number of licensed users should be adjusted.

Acorn MicroSolutions also provides telephone support to those sites that purchase or renew FirstClass through us.

Remote Monitoring - Is your server up and running right now, are you sure? We can remotely monitor your system and let you know via email, pager, SMS and other means that your server is not running properly. This service can also monitor other kinds of servers besides FirstClass.

Remote Administration Support - Would you like someone else to monitor and/or run your server for you. We can provide whatever level of support you wish, from occasional logins and reviews of monitors and logs looking for developing problems to complete adminstration including adding and maintaining users, creating conferences, backups etc. Contact us to discuss your needs.
